The enemy of my enemy is my friend. One of the alleged victims of Evolve Construction is the Thompson family. On March 5th, 2026, Clarksville Now published a story about the Thompson family hiring Evolve Construction in January 2025 to repair their roof. They claim that Evolve ghosted them. Evolve threatened to sue The Thompsons for breach of contract and defamation. This is the second time I have heard about Evolve threatening to sue over breach of contract. Ryan filed complaints with the Clarksville Police Department, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the FTC, Tennessee Consumer Affairs, and the National…

On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, I recieved an email from David Carlson. David is claiming to be the new CEO for Evolve Construction. The letter stated several issues with my post on Review Fraud. I mispelled Jaser Zaabri’s name, and I have since corrected it. Another listed complaint is how I mentioned how positive reviews for Evolve Construction are connected to businesses receiving negative reviews. Example 1 Example 2 In my article, I questioned the lack of negative reviews across Evolve Construction’s Google Business Profiles (GBPs). I discussed how whoever replied to the reviews would threaten to sue the reviewer.…

As of May 21, 2026, Evolve Restoration lost 18 Google Business Profiles (GBP). This leaves them six GBPs. Did Google suspend the GBPs for TOS violations? Will Evolve apply for reinstatement? If they do, will they be able to get reinstated? I have my doubts that they will be able to get all of them back, and if they do, I doubt they will list the same addresses. One of the removed GBPs is at 4533 Van Nuys Blvd #101, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. This GBP had the most reviews. Prior to being removed from Google, it had 85 reviews.…

One thing that strikes me as odd is that the Evolve Restoration Google Business Profiles (GBPs) don’t have tons of negative reviews. Evolve has racked up numerous complaints on the BBB. Yelp shows more negative reviews than positive reviews. So where are the negative reviews on Google? I spoke with one person who left reviews, and none of them are live. I wonder if the people who left a negative review know that their review was removed. Evolve may have flagged the reviews for removal, or Google may have performed a sweep and removed the reviews. Could Evolve be scaring…
