On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, I recieved an email from David Carlson. David is claiming to be the new CEO for Evolve Construction. The letter stated several issues with my post on Review Fraud. I mispelled Jaser Zaabri’s name, and I have since corrected it. Another listed complaint is how I mentioned how positive reviews for Evolve Construction are connected to businesses receiving negative reviews.

Example 2

In my article, I questioned the lack of negative reviews across Evolve Construction’s Google Business Profiles (GBPs). I discussed how whoever replied to the reviews would threaten to sue the reviewer.

The person who posted the review was also threatened with a lawsuit after they were included in a news report for complaining that Evolve failed to fix their roof. I can see countless negative reviews on Facebook, Yelp, and complaints with the BBB. So, where are the negative Google reviews? Evolve has, on multiple occasions, threatened to sue or sued people in court. Evolve is currently suing former employees in court. Evolve has threatened to sue Dmitry Lipinsky after he posted videos about issues with Evolve Construction and Jaser Jay Zaabri.
I am being told that my one article is disrupting Evolve Construction’s business by $1,000,000 in canceled contracts. Evolve is having problems recruiting staff, and that competitors and the sued ex-workers are sharing it. There is a lot of negative press and videos dominating the search results. Evolve will be hard-pressed to attribute damages to me.
Since I wrote my article. I identified 443 businesses that were reviewed by people who reviewed Evolve Construction. The screenshot below is sorted by the businesses that recieved the most reviews from people who reviewed Evolve Construction.

They are taking issue with Jaser Jay Zaabri no longer being affiliated with Evolve Construction. Evolve has claimed to be under different ownership on several occasions. At one time, Aleksandr Yefim Guldshtadt was listed as CEO while Jay Zaabri was listed as CFO. As of March 6, 2026, Dallas Jullian was listed as CEO. David told me he is the CEO, yet a few days later he identified himself as the acting- CEO. David is claiming he purchased Evolve Construction.
Another issue they have is when I stated how Evolve could be looking at RICO charges. There are complaints of insurance fraud in multiple states. There are complaints that contracts were falsified. These contracts had to be submitted either electronically, physically, or both. That is wire and/ or wire fraud. It appears that several agencies are investigating Evolve. I have seen several complaints in different states.
Time will tell if Evolve takes me to court. I look forward to testifying and showing all of my data and information. Google may have removed dozens of reviews and their GBPs, but screenshots last for ever.
If you had a bad experience with Evolve Construction, please file a compaint with your local police department and with your State Attorney General’s office. Let them know about the complaints and investigations in other states.
